Silvia is originally from Germany and has lived in Ghana and Egypt amongst other countries.  

She offers Shiatsu- Massage,  MYOFASCIAL Release (deep tissue), Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Qi-Gong Lessons, Moxa Heat Therapy, Meditation and Makko-Ho Excercise Classes (or 5 Tibetans).  Shiatsu is also available for your pets and as a home treatment if mobility is an issue.
